Compared to other motel it was very nice for the price.
The dead bolt did not work.

This hotel was just as roomy and clean as the hotel that we stayed in the night before and it cost less than half as much. The only thing it did not have was breakfast.

When I checked in, I was told the room was booked for two nights. I booked the hotel intending on riding a 200 mile cycling event. I went to my room the next day (after cycling 106 miles) and was locked out of my room. I flagged down an employee who said I only booked the room for one night. Meanwhile all my belongings were still in the hotel but they locked us out. She came back with a key so I assumed I would be able to get back in the room. After riding 200 miles on a bicycle in the rain & wind, I was very tired and just wanted to get back to my room. We were locked out again! I personally will never stay at this hotel again. The office was located across the street & it was very inconvenient. ...read more

Nothing.
Shower didn't work. No staff available for checkout early in the morning.

The rooms were very clean and were nicely sized.
The people running the front desk were very difficult to work with.

I reserved a room for a Friday for us to stay on our way to Ogden, and at the same time reserved a room for a week later for our trip back to Phx. This was all done a month and a half before our trip. When we arrived on the first Friday, the man working the front desk tried to charge me for the room. I gave him my confirmation number and I told him I had already paid through Priceline but he said "no that's not how it works". He insisted that I get on the computer and pull up the info showing that I had already paid. While I was doing this, his son came in and was able to pull it up on their computer showing that I had already paid. Well on our way back through the next Friday, the exact same thing happened! He tried to charge me again for the room and I had to go through the whole thing again. The rooms are pretty nice, but dealing with the people running the front desk is such a hassle it's almost not worth it to stay there. ...read more

Good alternative to more expensive places closer to Bryce National Park.
Room had problems, clogged sink, burned out light bulb.

The hotel is adequate for those needing a place to sleep and shower after spending the day exploring Bryce National Park and other areas. There is no wireless or high speed Internet There are no local numbers for AOL dial-up. Breakfast was enough to get you going for the day. ...read more
